Can I offer virtual staging as an add-on service?

Yes. Real estate photographers commonly sell decluttering and virtual staging as a per-photo or per-listing add-on. Twelve Lumens gives you batch generation, consistent house styles per brokerage, and unlimited team members on Pro and Business, so the margin on the add-on stays yours.

Does staging move walls or change the architecture?

No. Camera geometry and architecture stay locked; the AI declutters and places furniture and decor. As with any generative render, review every image before client delivery.

What file types are supported?

JPEG, PNG, WebP, and HEIC up to 20 MB per file. Upload your edited stills; AI renders count against the images included with the property.

Are my files used to train shared models?

No. Your photography stays in your workspace and isn't used to train our own or shared public models. Custom styles are created from your brief and references, for your account.

How do image limits work on a big shoot?

On Pro and Business, each property includes 50 images (a 2K render counts as two). Extra image packs sit on the account and cover busy months without changing plans.

Can agents join without paying for seats?

Yes: on Pro and Business, team members are unlimited. Invite the agents you shoot for to collaborate on the properties you deliver.
