Free renders are 1K, plenty for a preview or a social post. Pro and Business render at 2K, which is what the largest portals ask for.
A monthly refill
The five images are a one-time budget, not a monthly allowance. Deleting a render or the property does not give an image back.

Free virtual staging comes in many shapes. Before you upload a photo anywhere, check these three things. This is how Twelve Lumens answers them.

What free virtual staging means here
Virtual staging adds furniture and styling to a photo of a room, or removes what is already there, so a buyer can picture the space. Doing it for free usually comes with a catch: a card up front, a trial that expires, or results you can only look at. At Twelve Lumens the free plan is five images on one property, with the same decluttering and staging the paid plans use.
The one visible difference is the disclosure bar with the Twelve Lumens name on every free render. It is there because listing portals and buyers should know when an image was digitally staged, and it means a free download is already labelled for the platforms that require it. When you want clean files, 2K renders or more images, paid plans start at $19 per month.

Is virtual staging really free here?
Yes. The free plan includes five images on one property, with decluttering, every built-in style and one custom style. There is no trial period and no invoice at the end. The only condition is one free workspace per person or business.
Do I need a credit card?
No. You sign up with an email address and start uploading. A card is only asked for when you choose a paid plan yourself.
Can I use the free images on Funda, Rightmove, Zillow or other listing sites?
You can, with disclosure. Most portals allow virtually staged photos as long as they are clearly labelled and the home is not misrepresented, and free downloads carry that label in the image. Check your portal's own photo rules for size and format; some ask for 2K, which is part of the Pro plan.
What happens after the five images?
Nothing happens automatically. Your account, originals and renders stay as they are. To keep going you choose a paid plan: Personal starts at $19 per month with 25 images for every property, and the professional plans add 2K, clean downloads, showcase pages and teams.
Do you keep my photos?
Your photos are private to your account and are never used to train our own or shared models. Originals are never modified; each render is a separate version, and you can delete a property and its photos whenever you like.
