Virtual home staging in Cork
Virtual staging for Cork listings: Victorian terraces climbing Sunday's Well and St Luke's, merchant villas in Montenotte, and three-bed semis across Douglas and Bishopstown. Declutter every room from the photos you already have and stage the whole house in one consistent style, minutes later, originals always kept.
Original, decluttered, staged.
Rooms like the ones you sell in Cork. First we remove the clutter, then we add furniture. The room itself never changes.

Cork builds upward from the Lee: colour-washed Victorian terraces stacked along Sunday's Well and St Luke's Cross with the city falling away below their windows, Georgian houses on the flat around the South Mall, merchant villas behind mature trees in Montenotte and Tivoli, tight artisan terraces through Blackpool and off Barrack Street, and ring upon ring of semis in Douglas, Bishopstown, Ballinlough and Ballincollig. The docklands are adding the city's first real apartment quarter. The hill terraces photograph on their views and proportions; the semis photograph on space that furniture has to prove.
Cork's market runs on employers: pharma along the harbour, Apple on the hill at Hollyhill, the hospitals and a steady stream of relocating and returning buyers who build their shortlist on Daft.ie from Dublin or abroad before they ever walk MacCurtain Street. Supply in the family-home bracket is tighter than the headlines suggest, so a well-photographed semi in Douglas draws a bidding queue while a terrace photographed mid-tenancy or half-cleared after probate quietly stalls. Staged photos put the house on the list a relocator makes from two hundred kilometres away.
Luxury suits the Montenotte merchant villas and Sunday's Well terraces: tall rooms above the Lee that ask for furniture with real presence. Douglas and Bishopstown semis sell staged Scandinavian, bright and family-first, while the new docklands apartments take clean Minimalist looks that let the river light work.

Twelve Lumens is a full staging studio in the browser — built for agents, photographers and owners.
AI decluttering
Remove clutter, personal items and tired furniture from any photo in one click — lived-in rooms become clean, neutral spaces without moving a single box.
Photorealistic staging, true to the room
We add furniture and decor, and nothing else changes: windows, floors and walls stay exactly where they are. What buyers see is real and accurate.
Six preset styles — or your own
Stage in Modern, Scandinavian, Luxury, Industrial, Mid-century or Coastal, or describe a custom house style once and apply it to every room and listing. Restyling the same home a second or third way takes minutes — so buyers see what the space could become, not just one version of it.
High-resolution exports, listing-ready
Download in up to 2K for portals and print, watermark-free on paid plans — with an optional "virtually staged" label when your listing rules require disclosure.
A buyer showcase page per listing
Share a polished page with the staged gallery, before/after sliders and property facts — public or password-protected, disclosure built in.
A fraction of the cost and time
No furniture to rent. No waiting. Stage a whole Cork home the same day it is photographed — for less than staging one room the old way.
Ready for Daft.ie — disclosure built in
Add a small label to every staged photo: "virtually staged, for inspiration purposes". It follows the photo rules of the big platforms. So you can upload staged images without worry — and buyers always know what they are looking at.

Virtual staging in Cork — common questions
How much does home staging cost in Cork?
Professional staging is a thin market in Cork: where it's offered it's generally quoted at 1,500 to 4,000 euro plus furniture hire by the month, and much of it travels down from Dublin. Twelve Lumens stages digitally from the photos you already have: the first five images are free with no card, and a paid property includes up to 50 staged images at a fraction of a single hire invoice.
Our hillside terraces have small rooms and big views. How do you stage those?
By keeping the furniture out of the way of both. Pieces are scaled to the actual floor plate so a Sunday's Well sitting room reads as a room rather than a corridor, nothing tall goes near the glass, and the window over the Lee stays the focal point. The declutter pass matters most here; half-cleared probate rooms hide exactly the proportions these terraces sell on.
Do virtually staged images need to be declared on Daft.ie?
Yes, in practice. Irish consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act 2007, requires marketing that doesn't mislead, and PSRA-licensed agents are held to accurate advertising, so label staged photos and never alter the property itself. Daft.ie has no published virtual-staging policy that we know of, so labelling is the safe convention: our edits move only furniture and decor, exports can carry an optional disclosure watermark, and the original photo always stays beside its staged version.
