Every render you generate counts as one image at 1K resolution, whether it's decluttering a room, applying a style or editing a styled result. A 2K render counts as two. Uploading your input photos is always free and doesn't touch the allowance.
Yes, on every plan. Drop the full photo set in one upload; each photo is analyzed and sorted into the right room automatically. Then batch-generate decluttering or staging for every room, in one style or several, using Twelve Lumens presets or custom styles you've created. Each render in the batch draws one image from the property's allowance, same as a single render.
Nothing breaks. You have two clear paths: buy an extra-image pack (from $0.45 per image) that works on any property, or upgrade to the next plan. Your existing work is never affected.
Archiving is purely organizational: it tidies your list and takes the property's showcase page offline, while all photos, renders and downloads stay accessible forever (unarchive brings the page back). It has no effect on limits. On paid plans, new properties are simply capped per calendar month (the Free plan includes a single one-off property), and the counter includes archived and deleted properties, so cycling them gains nothing.
A 2K render is four times the pixels and roughly double the generation cost, so it draws two images from your allowance. The default is always 1K, even on Pro and Business; you opt into 2K per render.
On Pro and Business, as many as you like; team size never changes the price. Business additionally gets admin roles so you control who manages billing and members.
Any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades and cancellations at the end of the period you already paid for. You can also switch between monthly and annual, and between EUR and USD.
No. Everything you generated remains viewable and downloadable. Cancelling only stops future billing and drops the workspace back to the Free plan's limits for new work.
