Virtual home staging in Glasgow
Virtual staging for Glasgow listings — big red sandstone flats in Hyndland, main door flats out at Mount Florida, warehouse conversions in the Merchant City. Every room comes back decluttered and furnished from your own photographs, in one style or a second and third a few minutes later, and the originals are kept.
Original, decluttered, staged.
Rooms like the ones you sell in Glasgow. First we remove the clutter, then we add furniture. The room itself never changes.

The tenement is the default Glasgow home — three or four storeys of blonde or red sandstone, a wally close where the street could afford one, a bay window on the front room, ceilings of three metres and up. Hyndland and Dowanhill hold the grandest of them; Shawlands and Dennistoun the busiest. Beyond that, interwar semis in Knightswood and bungalows through Giffnock and Newton Mearns. Staging works with that ceiling height rather than against it, furniture sized so the bay reads as part of the room.
Glasgow is a flat market before it is a house market, and much of it is the same flat twice over: two bedrooms, a bay, a cornice, a shared close. First-time buyers make up a large share of it, and they shortlist on Rightmove in an evening, from photographs, before the Home Report is opened. The survey is already bought and attached by then, so condition is settled. What the pictures still have to prove is that the rooms work.
Big West End rooms in Hyndland and Dowanhill take Scandinavian or mid-century without fighting the cornice; luxury belongs in the Pollokshields villas, and industrial suits a Merchant City warehouse flat.
Everything you need to sell Glasgow listings faster
Twelve Lumens is a full staging studio in the browser — built for agents, photographers and owners.
AI decluttering
Remove clutter, personal items and tired furniture from any photo in one click — lived-in rooms become clean, neutral spaces without moving a single box.
Photorealistic staging, true to the room
We add furniture and decor, and nothing else changes: windows, floors and walls stay exactly where they are. What buyers see is real and accurate.
Six preset styles — or your own
Stage in Modern, Scandinavian, Luxury, Industrial, Mid-century or Coastal, or describe a custom house style once and apply it to every room and listing. Restyling the same home a second or third way takes minutes — so buyers see what the space could become, not just one version of it.
High-resolution exports, listing-ready
Download in up to 2K for portals and print, watermark-free on paid plans — with an optional "virtually staged" label when your listing rules require disclosure.
A buyer showcase page per listing
Share a polished page with the staged gallery, before/after sliders and property facts — public or password-protected, disclosure built in.
A fraction of the cost and time
No furniture to rent. No waiting. Stage a whole Glasgow home the same day it is photographed — for less than staging one room the old way.
Ready for Rightmove and Zoopla — disclosure built in
Add a small label to every staged photo: "virtually staged, for inspiration purposes". It follows the photo rules of the big platforms. So you can upload staged images without worry — and buyers always know what they are looking at.

Virtual staging in Glasgow — common questions
How much does home staging cost in Glasgow?
A Glasgow stager quotes a consultation and then furniture hire by the month: roughly £1,000–£2,200 to work with what is already in an occupied flat, and £2,500–£7,000 to furnish an empty one from scratch, with the hire running until it sells. Twelve Lumens does it from the listing photographs instead — five images free, no card, and paid plans in the tens of pounds a month that you can cancel at the end of any month.
Buyers get the Home Report before they view — is staging still worth it?
The Home Report answers condition and value. It does not tell anyone whether a three-piece suite and a dining table both fit in the front room, and that is the question that decides whether a viewing gets booked at all. It also works in your favour: with a surveyor's report attached to the listing, no furnished photograph can be accused of overselling the fabric of the building. Exports can carry an optional label saying the image is virtually staged, for inspiration.
Our photos were shot in November and the flat looks grey — can staging fix that?
Not the weather, and no light gets invented that the camera never caught. What changes is what the daylight has to get past. In a Glasgow front room it all arrives through one bay, and most of it is being blocked by a drying rack, a bulky suite and a mantelpiece full of things; clear those and the room reads its actual size. The bay, the cornice and the tiled fireplace come back untouched, and the November original stays on the listing beside the staged version.
